Marek Łazewski – second to none according to Chambers and Partners

It is not the first time that partners at LDS-IP have gained recognition for their outstanding working practice. Yet another proof of appreciation has recently come from Chambers and Partners for Marek Łazewski, this time lauded as “second to none” by international clients for his impressive work ethic.

Representing BP in the monitoring and enforcement of the livery and colour combination used at Polish petrol stations as well as Marin’s International, Marin’s Central Europe and François L’Hôtel along with the late Berenika Depo in a series of disputes involving trade mark and patent infringement as well as unfair competition relating to the use of meta-tags in a website’s HTML code is but a minor fraction of notable cases he has acted in.
